To qualify for a refund items must be received back to us within 2 weeks of original receipt and be in a new unused condition. in all original condition.

upon receipt of products we will issue a refund equal to the price paid for the product or exchange.... shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All items purchased on sale or with a coupon code/voucher code are final sale and cannot be retuned or exchanged. this also includes shipping fee.
